The Millenia Group consists of three separate divisions as follows:

The Retained Search Division specializes in executive-level placement in the finance and human resources area. Retained search services are utilized by clients that want dedicated resources devoted to the successful completion of their search. We will assign a principal and research associate to each retained search. The search consultant does not take on more than 3 retained searches at once, thereby assuring the client that maximum attention is devoted to their search. Please see the Methods (link to Methods tab) section of our website for more detailed information.

The Millenia Group focuses on the manager and above level positions within all industries. We have a specialized knowledge in the high technology sector, with emphasis in the broadband, semiconductor, telecommunications and wireless industries.

The Contingent Search division is focused on placement of high quality finance and human resources candidates at the manager or lower levels. We offer the same high quality search services but are not able to assign a principal and research associate to each search. However, a consultant will be assigned as the principal point of contact and will conduct the search utilizing our resource tools such as networking, industry contacts, industry associations, etc.

For individuals who are not represented by us, we offer a fee-based service to assist people in their job search. This program is geared toward the full spectrum of candidates – from college graduates who are seeking their first job to experienced individuals who need assistance in securing their next opportunity.
